Recommendation: Pass a Motion by two-thirds vote: 1) waiving the requirement for 10-day posting of agreements over $1 million under City Code section 4.04.020(C) and Council Rules of Procedure Chapter 7, Section E.2.d; and 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to: a) execute the Eighth Amendment to the Master Administrative Services Agreement No. 2020-0326 for Emergency Bridge Housing Communities with the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento (Housing Authority) in an amount not to exceed $660,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $20,423,754; b) execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement No. 2023-0519, for Emergency Bridge Housing at Grove Avenue, with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Housing Authority) in an amount not to exceed $729,097, for a total not to exceed amount of $3,991,097 and extending the term of the agreement eight months until February 28, 2025; c) execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement No. 2023-0523, for the Meadowview Navigation Center, with the Housing Authority in an amount not to exceed $1,189,042, for a total not to exceed amount of $4,767,842 and extending the term of the agreement four months until October 31, 2024; d) execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement No. 2023-1262, for the X Street Navigation Center, with the Housing Authority in an amount not to exceed $2,752,019, for a total not to exceed amount of $7,380,303 and extending the term of the agreement nine months until June 30, 2025; and 4) assign the ...
