Issue Detail: This action is only to update the Policy Contact on the previously adopted Council Staff Linkage Policies to the Chair of the Personnel and Public Employees (P&PE) Committee.
The Council Staff Linkage policies outline the objectives for the following staff who report directly to the Mayor and City Council:
* City Attorney
* City Auditor
* City Clerk
* City Manager
* City Treasurer
* Director of the Office of Public Safety Accountability
* Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Executive Director
