Issue Detail: The 2025 League of California Cities (Cal Cities) Annual Conference and Expo is scheduled from October 8 through 10, 2025 in Long Beach, California. During the conference, League membership will consider and act on resolutions that establish League policy. Each City Council must designate a voting delegate and may, if they wish, designate up to two alternate voting delegates. The recommendation is to designate Councilmember Caity Maple as voting delegate and Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes and Councilmember Eric Guerra as alternate voting delegates as allowable by the League of California Cities bylaws.
