Description/Analysis
IssueDetail
Issue Detail: Measure L, the Sacramento Children's Fund requires the City to produce annual performance reports and three- and five-year youth impact evaluation reports. The City released a Request for Proposals for evaluation of the Sacramento Children's Fund via planet bids and has a pending award with the highest scoring consultant as a result of that bid process. A Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) has been negotiated for this arrangement and authorization is requested for the City Manager to sign the Agreement. The City of Sacramento will enter into an agreement with Harder & Company Community Research for a five-year evaluation of the Sacramento Children's Fund with a total contract amount not to exceed $749,929.
