Recommendation

Description/Analysis
IssueDetail
Issue Detail: City Code section 3.128.210 requires an annual budget for maintenance benefit areas formed under City Code Chapter 3.128 to be presented to Council for approval. This approval and the fixing of the service fee will authorize the City to collect service fees for additional maintenance provided in the Old Sacramento and 12th Street maintenance benefit areas in FY2026/27. Specific information on each district is provided in the Background section of this report.
