Recommendation

Recommendation: Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the Defective Grocery Cart Management Program; and 2) directing Code Enforcement to establish a Shopping Cart Quality Task Force to conduct routine aisle inspections, assess wheel alignment and noise levels, and mandate the immediate removal of all non-compliant units from public service.
