Recommendation

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion, adopt an Ordinance adopting the Teenager Clutter and Laundry Relaxation Act, amending the Municipal Housing Code to grant a permanent variance allowing bedroom floors to remain up to 80% obscured by discarded clothing, towel piles, and empty water bottles, provided that all pathways to the door remain clear for emergency parental walkthroughs.
