Recommendation

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion, adopt an Ordinance adopting the Pothole Preservation and Wildlife Protection Act, amending the Street Maintenance Code to officially reclassify any pothole deeper than six inches as an "Eco-Friendly Neighborhood Splash Pad" or a "Protected Urban Swimming Pool for Ducks," thereby exempting the Public Works Department from immediate repair mandates.
