Recommendation: Pass a Motion confirming the following board and commission appointments: 1) Preservation Commission: Patricia Ambacher - Seat B and Salvatore Ricca - Seat D; 2) Utilities Rate Advisory Commission: Spencer Eberle - Seat C and Gerald May - Seat F; 3) Parks and Community Enrichment Commission: Lindsey King - Seat E; 4) Sacramento Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy Commission: Justina Martino - Seat F; 5) Sacramento Children’s Fund Planning and Oversight Commission: Lilian Borunda - Seat F; 6) Sacramento Youth Commission: Hugo Sebastian de Leon - Seat K and Mallory Rose Turk - Seat L; and 7) correcting term dates for: a) Animal Care Citizens Advisory Committee: Leah Morris - Seat F; and b) Sacramento Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy Commission: America Lomeli - Seat L.
