Policy Considerations: As a best practice, the City Clerk keeps a permanent record of the Law and Legislation Committee proceedings showing all action considered and taken, motions and records, the text of ordinances and resolutions introduced, and all amendments thereto proposed, and the vote of each member regarding any matter before the Law and Legislation Committee.
