Recommendation
Recommendation: Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 2 to City Contract No. 2024-0951 Professional Services Agreement with Starr Consulting to continue providing consultation services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026/27, FY2027/28, and FY2028/29 for source water protection regulatory support for an amount not to exceed $710,000, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $1,165,000 and extend the agreement through June 17, 2029; and 2) resetting the City Manager's or designee's authority to issue contract amendments for the Agreement.
