Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution: 1) rescinding Resolution 2026-0021 in order to amend section 1(D); 2) authorizing the City Manager or designee to apply for the
Central Valley Flood Protection Board (Board), Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District (SSJDD) Abatement Pilot Program Reimbursement Grant; 3) if awarded, authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the agreement, prepare the necessary data, and execute all reporting, payment requests and documentation of compliance applicable to the grant and completion of the program; 4) if awarded, authorize the City Manager or designee to establish the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26 Department of Utilities (DOU) Operating Grant Program (G14260100); and 5) if awarded, establish the revenue and expenditure budgets in the FY2025/26 DOU Operating Grants Program (G14260100, Fund 6211) in an amount not to exceed $340,000.
