Recommendation: Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a one-year franchise agreement with four additional one-year renewal options between the City of Sacramento and the following franchisees: 1) JLH Industries Inc. dba AAA Recycling; 2) Advance Disposal, Inc.; 3) Atlas Disposal Industries, LLC; 4) Cal Bin Rentals, LLC; 5) California Waste Recovery Systems, LLC; 6) Elk Grove Waste Management, LLC; 7) Ferma Greenbox, Inc.; 8) GreenWaste of Central Valley, LLC; 9) Long's Trash Hauling; 10) Mikes Junk Hauling dba Junkman Junk Removal & Dumpster Rental; 11) North Cal Hauling Company; 12) Patrick's Construction Clean up, Inc.; 13) Quality Construction Cleanup, Inc.; 14) Recology Sacramento; 15) Reliable Dumpster Service, LLC; 16) Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC, dba Republic Services of Sacramento; 17) Rich Custer's Junk Hauling & Dumpster Rental; 18) TKO Metals, Inc., dba Sacramento Recycling & Waste; 19) USA Waste of California, Inc., dba Waste Management of Sacramento?; and 20) Waste Removal and Recycling, Inc.
