Issue Detail Pursuant to Section 28 the City Charter, absence from five consecutive regular council meetings, unless excused by council resolution, shall vacate the office of mayor or councilmember. Commencing August 2026 through January 2027 Councilmember Caity Maple, due to a maternity related absence, may miss in excess of five consecutive City Council meetings.
