Summer Programs
The Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment Department will offer a variety of free and fee-based summer programs for youth, adults, and families citywide. Summer registration opens online and at community centers on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Scholarship opportunities and financial assistance are available for many fee-based programs. Summer Oasis in Community Centers and Select Park Locations
The Youth, Parks, and Community Enrichment (YPCE) department presents Summer Oasis for youth and teens ages 5-17 at community centers, clubhouses, and select parks throughout Sacramento. Summer Oasis offers the traditional summer camp experience with indoor and outdoor experiences. Campers will enjoy a variety of engaging activities, from arts and crafts to active sports, games, and neighborhood trips, including swimming at participating locations. Meals are provided in partnership with the local school districts.
Summer Oasis camps are available for $55.00 to $115 per session, with varying prices depending on the camp location. Each session lasts 4 weeks, except for Summer ...
