Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution: 1) approving the Plans and Specifications for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP)-10 Pedestrian Crossings Improvement Project (T15216200); 2) authorizing the City Manager or designee to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets of the HSIP-10 Pedestrian Crossings Improvement Project (T15216200) by $193,600 (Other Capital Grants, Fund 3704); 3) awarding the construction contract for the HSIP-10 Pedestrian Crossings Improvement Project (T15216200) to St. Francis Electric, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $347,964; and 4) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the construction contract for the HSIP-10 Pedestrian Crossings Improvement Project (T15216200) with St. Francis Electric, Inc.
