Issue Detail: The Commission will receive an update regarding the Vice Chair's presentation of the Commission's 2025 Annual Report and Proposed 2026 Work Plan to the Personnel and Public Employees Committee, and related discussion by the Committee members. This item provides an opportunity for Commissioners to receive information, ask clarifying questions, and provide direction as appropriate regarding next steps within the Commission's advisory role.

Any potential change to the structure, authority, membership, or meeting schedule of a City advisory body requires review through the appropriate City process. To the extent legal interpretation is required, the Commission should consult with the City Attorney.
