Recommendation
Recommendation: Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 5 to City Agreement No. 2023-0603 with West Yost Associates to provide hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling of drainage improvement alternatives for the FY24 Department of Utilities (DOU) Operating Grant Program (G14240100, Fund 6211) and Drainage Master Plan Program (I14710100, Fund 6021), for an amount not-to-exceed $106,607, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $394,051 and extending the period of performance through June 1, 2027.
