Issue Detail: The City of Sacramento has retained Hanson Bridgett LLP as its Independent Evaluator. The Independent Evaluator is the neutral and independent party retained by the City on the Commission’s behalf to review and investigate complaints and to give recommendations to the Commission regarding them.
Hanson Bridgett will be presenting Reports on eight matters at this meeting. In order to provide some context for those Reports, Steven D. Miller, Partner, at Hanson Bridgett LLP will give an overview of complaint evaluation procedures.
