Recommendation
Recommendation: 1) Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 12 to City Agreement No. 2015-1888 with Downtown Sacramento Partnership (DSP) in an amount not-to-exceed $602,200 for a new total contract amount not-to-exceed $7,574,400 for Old Sacramento Historic District management services beginning July 1, 2026 through January 1, 2027; and 2) adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute additional amendments to City Agreement No. 2015-1888 to extend the term and increase the contract value in an amount not-to-exceed $1,079,400.

Issue Detail: This report requests City Council authorization for the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 12 to City Agreement No. 2015- 1888 with DSP in an amount not to exceed $602,200 for a new total contract not to exceed amount of $7,574,400 for Old Sacramento Historic District Management Services beginning July 1, 2026 through January 1, 2027, while the City and DSP negotiate a new agreement.

This report also includes a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute amendments to City Agreement Number 2015-1888 which extend the agreement's term and do not exceed the general scope of the agreement, as amended, in an amount not to exceed $1,079,400.
