IssueDetail
Issue Detail: The 2026 League of California Cities (Cal Cities) Annual Conference and Expo is scheduled from September 23 through September 25, 2026 in Anaheim, California. During the conference, League membership will consider and act on resolutions that establish League policy. Each City Council must designate a voting delegate and may, if they wish, designate up to two alternate voting delegates. The recommendation is to designate Councilmember Lisa Kaplan as voting delegate and City Manager Maraskeshia Smith as alternate voting delegate as allowable by the League of California Cities bylaws.
