Recommendation
Recommendation: Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 2 to City Contract No. 2024-0928 with Armand Ruby Consulting to continue providing consultation services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026/27, FY2027/28, and FY2028/29 through June 17, 2029, for source water protection program pesticides advisor for an amount not to exceed $210,000, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $340,000; and 2) resetting the City Manager or designee's authority to issue contract amendments for the Agreement.
