Issue Detail: Grant recipients are required to report to the Ann Land and Bertha Henschel Memorial Fund Commission on a semiannual basis on how grant monies are spent; January through June and July through December.
The first semiannual report is consistently due to be submitted by July 15th, and the second of two grant payouts is contingent upon receipt of the report. As shown in the Semiannual Reports for January - June 2026 summary, many ALBH Grant recipients nevertheless are late in their submission; as of July 15th, all reports have been received.
