Description/Analysis
IssueDetail
Issue Detail: On July 1, 2023, the City of Sacramento entered into Agreement PRC002211 with Granicus LLC dba GRANICUS for products and services related to the administration of commission, committee, board, and City Council meetings. These services, including video streaming and agenda management, are essential to comply with California State Law and the Ralph M. Brown Act. On April 3, 2025, the city supplemented and modified the contract to renew Granicus services for an additional year and increase the not-to-exceed amount. The current agreement is set to expire on June 30, 2026.

Staff recommends Council approve Contract Amendment No. 2 to PRC002211 with Granicus, LLC dba GRANICUS to renew the existing services for an additional three years, until June 30, 2029, and ensure no disruption in essential services occurs.
