Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion, pass a Motion to approve: 1) Addendum to adopted Environmental Impact Report and Mitigation Monitoring Plan (Per Public Resources Code section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 and 15164; 2) Conditional Use Permit to establish a Transit Vehicle-service, repair, storage use; and 3) Site Plan and Design Review to construct a new transit vehicle storage area to support a transit facility consisting of 72 bus/van parking stalls, a 6,000 gallon above ground fueling tank, and associated site improvements at an existing office building on a 5.44-acre parcel in the Office Business Low-Rise Mixed Use (OB) Zone.
