Conduct a public hearing, review the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration, and upon conclusion adopt: 1) a Resolution adopting the Mitigation Monitoring Plan (MMP) for the Sacramento Self Storage Conditional Use Permit; and 2) a Resolution adopting findings of fact and conditions approving the Sacramento Self Storage project for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a mini-storage facility in the General Commercial and Labor Intensive Overlay (C-2-LI) zone, and Site Plan and Design Review for the construction of a 139,481 square foot mini-storage facility on approximately 2.52 acres in the General Commercial and Labor Intensive Overlay (C-2-LI) zone.
