Issue Detail: On an annual basis the Sacramento Ethics Commission shall select a Chair and Vice Chair for the year whose duties will start with the next regular meeting of the Commission.
In the event of the Commission Chair’s absence, a Vice Chair is needed to assume the duties of the chair including presiding over meetings.
