Pass a Motion confirming board and commission appointments to the following boards and commissions: 1) Parks and Recreation Commission - Sumiti Mehta (Seat A), David Guerrero (Seat C), Joe Flores (Seat E), and Devin Lavelle (Seat G); 2) Planning and Design Commission - Lynn Lenzi (Seat A), Phil Pluckebaum (Seat C), Kendra Reed (Seat E), and Douglas Covill (Seat G); and 3) Sacramento Community Police Review Commission - Basim Elkarra (Seat A), Kiran Savage-Sangwan (Seat C), Eddie Escobar (Seat E), and Richard Falcon (Seat G).
