Commission/Committee Action: On April 2, 2019, City Council unanimously approved the City Auditor’s FY 2019-20 Annual Workplan which included the Department of Utilities Storm Drainage Fund Review.

Rationale for Recommendation: The Office of the City Auditor issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on April 12, 2019.  It is in the best interest of the City to enter into a contract with Stantec Consulting Services Inc., determined to be the most responsive proposal received in the competitive bidding process, for an amount not-to-exceed $110,000.

Financial Considerations: The proposed agreement is for an amount not-to-exceed $110,000.  There is sufficient funding in the Department of Utilities FY2019/20 Operating Budget.
