Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplement No. 3 to Contract No. 2017-0031 with Arnold's Towing, Inc. for the purchase of light duty towing and services in an amount not to exceed $190,000 for a revised total contract not to exceed amount of $990,000.

Description/Analysis
Issue Detail: The Department of Public Works, Fleet Management Division, has an ongoing requirement to purchase light duty towing and services for city vehicles.
Policy Considerations: The recommendations in this report are in accordance with City Code Chapter 3.56 and Administrative Policy 4001 regarding purchase of supplies.
Economic Impacts: None
Environmental Considerations: No environmental review is necessary because
the recommendations in this report involve the purchase of light duty towing and services for City vehicles and are not considered to be a project in accordance with Section 15378(b)(2) of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines.

Rationale for Recommendation: On January 5, 2017, City Council adopted Motion No. 2017-0004 (Contract 2017-0031), awarding a five-year contract to Arnold's Towing, Inc. for the purchase of light duty towing and services.
