Adopt a Resolution: 1) approving the Plans and Specifications for the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000); 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000) by $3,324,000 (Federal Capital Grants, Fund 3703) in federal funding; 3) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $578,100 (Major Street Construction, Fund 2007) from the expenditure budget in the State and Federal Grant Match Program (T15007200) to the expenditure budget in the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000); 4) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $707,900 (Major Street Construction, Fund 2007, Gas Tax, Fund 2002, and Measure A Traffic Control & Safety, Fund 2038) from the expenditure budget in the Downtown Traffic Signal Upgrades Project (S15161800) to the expenditure budget in the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000); 5) awarding the construction contract for the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000) to Pacific Excavation, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $3,954,908; and 6) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute the construction contract for the Federal Downtown Controller and Communications Upgrade Project (T15175000).
