Adopt a Resolution: 1a) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 9 to City Agreement 2012-0654 with Wood Rodgers for an amount not-to-exceed $163,554, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $1,573,580; 1b) resetting the City Manager's authority to issue Supplemental Agreements for Agreement No. 2012-0654, and 1c) extending services through December 31, 2020; 2a) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to City Agreement No. 2016-1011 with West Yost Associates, for an amount not-to-exceed $131,011, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $1,675,303, 2b) resetting the City Manager's authority to issue Supplemental Agreements for Agreement No. 2016-1011, and 2c) extending services through March 1, 2020; 3a) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to City Agreement No. 2012-0790 with West Yost Associates, for an amount not to exceed $52,610, bringing the agreement's total non-to-exceed amount to $780,305; and 3b) extending services through December 31, 2020; and 4) approving a budget transfer from the Water Development Fee Fund (fund 6001) available fund balance to the 4MG Reservoir and Pump Station Project (Z14005400) in the amount of $600,000.
