Recommendation
Recommendation: 1) Adopt a Resolution a) rescinding Resolution No. 2019-0117 reducing the membership of Personnel and Public Employees Committee from four members to three members; and b) confirming the Mayor's appointment of Councilmembers to Council standing committees, and various regional authorities, agencies and committees; and 2) adopt a Resolution confirming the Mayor's appointment of councilmembers to the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District and Sacramento Area Sewer District Boards as required by SB1663.

Description/Analysis
Issue Detail: On April 23, 2019, City Council adopted Resolution No. 2019-0117 reducing the number of members of the Personnel and Public Employees Committee from four members to three members. On January 7, 2020, the Mayor announced the 2020 Mayoral Appointments reflecting number of sitting members on the Personnel and Public Employees Committee as four members and Budget and Audit Committee as four members.
The attached Mayoral Appoint Roster included in this report as Exhibit A shows those members of the City Council to serve on Council standing committees and various regional authorities, agencies, and committees appointed by the Mayor. The action requested is to confirm the Mayor's appointments for 2020.
