Issue Detail:  The City Council reviews and approves changes and updates to the Council Rules of Procedure annually.

 

Policy Considerations: The Council Rules of Procedure govern the order and conduct of business of the Council, Council committees and Council-established boards and commissions.

Rationale for Recommendation: The City Council has directed that the Council Rules of Procedure be reviewed annually to incorporate updates, changes requested by Council, and improvements to assure open and transparent governance of the City of Sacramento.
