Issue Detail: City Code section 2.110.010 establishes the Sacramento Community Police Review Commission (commission). As required by City Code section 2.110.070, at its first meeting, and annually thereafter, the commission shall elect a commission chairperson and vice chairperson, who shall hold office at the pleasure of the commission.
Policy Considerations: City Code chapter 2.110 establishes the Sacramento Community Police Review Commission and outlines the purpose, powers and duties of the commission.
As required by City Code section 2.110.070, at its first meeting, and annually thereafter, the commission shall elect a commission chairperson and vice chairperson from among its members.
