Issue Detail: City Code section 2.110.080 requires the Sacramento Community Police Review Commission(commission) to establish a regular time and place of meeting and to meet no less than nine times per calendar year. The meetings shall be noticed and held in accordance with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (California Government Code section 54950 et seq.). The proposed meeting schedule is generally the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
