Babcock School Access Improvements Project (T15166200); 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $192,000 (Major Street Construction, Fund 2007) from the expenditure budget of the State and Federal Grant Match Program (T15007200) to the expenditure budget of the D.W. Babcock School Access Improvements Project (T15166200); 3) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $212,000 from the Fair Share Contributions Fund (Fund 2032) available fund balance to the expenditure budget of the D.W. Babcock School Access Improvements Project (T15166200); 4) awarding the construction contract for the D.W. Babcock School Access Improvements Project (T15166200) to Martin General Engineering in an amount not to exceed $1,222,357; and 5) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute the construction contract for the D.W. Babcock School Access Improvements Project (T15166200).
