Description/Analysis

Issue Detail: On May 12, 2020, the City Council requested the Office of the City Auditor conduct business and resident community surveys to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the community. On June 16, 2020, the City Auditor and consultants, FM3, presented the results of the first phase of the statistically significant COVID-19 community surveys to the City Council. This second phase of the surveys was available to all City residents and businesses.

Policy Considerations: The City Auditor's COVID-19 Business and Resident Community Surveys, Phase 2 is consistent with the Mayor and City Council's May 12, 2020 request to conduct surveys of businesses and residents to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the community.
