Issue Detail: Under Sacramento City Code section 2.112.080, the Sacramento Ethics Commission must establish a regular meeting schedule for itself, with a minimum of two meetings per year, and all meetings must be open to the public except as permitted by state law.
The attached 2021 Sacramento Ethics Commission Meeting Schedule Calendar proposes meetings generally be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Sacramento Council Chamber as shown.
