Issue Detail: This action is to confirm the Mayor's 2024 appointments of members of the City Council to serve on Council standing committees and various regional authorities, agencies, and committees as shown on the roster that is included as Exhibit A to the Resolutions included in the report package.
This action makes the following changes:
* Adding Councilmember Thao to replace Councilmember Vang on the Sacramento Area Sewer District
* Adding Councilmember Thao to replace Councilmember Vang on the Sacramento Transportation Authority
* Adding Councilmember Thao to replace Councilmember Vang on the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Commission
* Adding Councilmember Thao to replace Councilmember Vang on the Sacramento Groundwater Authority (alternate)
* Adding Councilmember Thao to replace Councilmember Kaplan on the Sacramento Public Library Authority
