Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the City Manager or City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to Contract No. 2017-0635 with Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd. for a not-to-exceed amount of $2,678,730, bringing the total contract amount to $4,813,730 for construction administration services during the construction of the SCC; 2) authorizing the City Manager or City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No.1 to Contract No. 2017-0219 with Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd. (RLB) for a not-to-exceed amount of $754,975, bringing the total contract amount to $2,334,975 for construction administration services of the CCT; and 3) authorizing the deaccession of the site-specific installation titled Skylight on the Terrace (Artwork) by Joseph DiStefano, and an exemption from the appraisal requirements required in the Standard Policies and Procedures of the Art in Public Places Program and the 1992 revised APP Deaccessioning Policy.
