Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to: 1) to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) to provide $500,000 for the Roosevelt Park Baseball Lighting Renovation Project; 2) establish revenue and expenditure budgets in the amount of $500,000 (CIP Reimbursable Fund, Fund 3702) for the Roosevelt Park Baseball Lighting Renovation Project (L19155500); and 3) amending the project scope of the Roosevelt Park Baseball Lighting Renovation Project (L19155500) to include renovation of the existing ballfield, with improvements to the infield, backstop, fencing, concrete paving, site furniture, signage, and perimeter landscaping and irrigation.

Description/Analysis
Issue Detail: The Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) is a joint City-State redevelopment agency that manages rental housing and oversees development of state-owned properties within an area of the Central City generally bounded by 6th Street to 19th Street and L Street to S Street. CADA receives property tax increment revenues generated from development within its defined jurisdictional boundaries.
