Adopt a Resolution: 1) approving the Plans and Specifications for the C Street Crossing Closure Project; 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $40,000 (Major Street Construction Fund, Fund 2007) from available fund balance to the expenditure budget in the Ramona Avenue Extension Project (T15018400) to support the C Street Crossing Closure Project; 3) upon Caltrans approval of the additional federal authorization, authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the Ramona Avenue Extension Project (T15018400) by $113,000 (Federal Capital Grants, Fund 3703) in Federal Railway-Highway (Section 130) funding and to transfer $40,000 (Major Street Construction Fund, Fund 2007) from the expenditure budget in the Ramona Avenue Extension Project (T15018400) to available fund balance; 4) awarding the construction contract to McGuire and Hester for an amount not to exceed $528,304; and 5) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute a contract with McGuire and Hester in an amount not to exceed $528,304 for the C Street Crossing Closure Project.
