Issue Detail: The Department of Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment (YPCE) is seeking approval to award a contract to Parker Landscape Development Inc. for the Roosevelt Park Ballfield Lighting Renovation Project. Parker Landscape Development Inc. was the low bidder for a contract amount of $707,970.
The work will include replacement sports field lighting fixtures, LED lights and computer lighting controls, and other improvements, perimeter park low water-use irrigation and landscaping, and renovation of the softball infield renovation, backstop, chain link fencing, bleachers and player's areas, concrete flatwork and drinking fountain replacement. Construction is expected to be completed by February 2020.
