Recommendation
1) Adopt a Resolution: a) approving the donation of surplus property from the Convention Center Complex to various 501(c)(3) organizations and government agencies and authorizing the City Manager or City Manager's designee to execute hold harmless agreements for the transfer of the surplus property; b) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Contract No. 2019-0130 with Geocon Consultants, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $65,000, bringing the new not-to-exceed amount to $157,015 for the Sacramento Convention Center (SCC) Renovation Project; c) resetting the City Manager's authority to issue supplemental agreements for Contract No. 2019-0130; and 2) adopt a Resolution a rescinding Resolution No. 2019-0049; b) establishing a new multi-year operating project (MYOP) for the Local Hire and Community Workforce Training Program Implementation Project (I02002200); and c) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $100,000 in General Funds (Fund 1001) from the expenditure budget in the Convention Center Complex Renovation Project (M17100100) to the expenditure budget in the Local Hire and Community Workforce Training Program Implementation Project (I02002200).
