Recommendation
Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to: 1) execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement 2017-0551 with Underwater Resources, Inc., to extend the underwater diving and ROV contract for an additional amount not-to-exceed $150,000, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $550,000; 2) execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement 2017-0583 with Tidal Marine Construction, Inc., to extend the underwater diving and ROV contract for an additional amount not-to-exceed $150,000, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $550,000; and 3) transfer $150,000 from the Water Fund available fund balance (Fund 6005) to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019/20 Department of Utilities (DOU) Operating Budget.

Issue Detail: Staff recommends Council approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Underwater Resources, Inc. and Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Tidal Marine Construction, Inc., to extend the contracts for an additional not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 per contract for a total not-to-exceed amount of $550,000 per contract in order to continue supporting the underwater diving needs for the water system.
