Recommendation
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution: 1) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to City Agreement No. 2015-0576 in an amount not to exceed $317,710 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $1,236,541 with Drake Haglan & Associates (recently acquired by Dewberry Engineers Inc.) for the Auburn Boulevard at Arcade Creek Bridge Replacement Project (T15145300); 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute an Agreement with the County of Sacramento in an amount not to exceed $1,200,000; 3) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets in the Auburn Boulevard at Arcade Creek Bridge Replacement Project (T15145300) by $1,200,000 (CIP Reimbursable Fund, Fund 3702); 4) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $315,000 (Major Street Construction, Fund 2007) from the expenditure budget in the State and Federal Grant Match Program (T15007200) to the expenditure budget in the Auburn Boulevard at Arcade Creek Bridge Replacement Project (T15145300); and 5) resetting the City Manager's authority to issue change orders for City Agreement No. 2015-0576.
