Recommendation
Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to: 1) establish the new capital improvement project (CIP) for Land Park Electrical Service (L19012600); 2) approve the transfer of $80,000 from the Youth, Parks, & Community Enrichment's (YPCE) operating budget (General Fund 1001) to the Land Park Electrical Service Project (L19012600); and 3) approve the transfer of $75,000 from the Park Development Impact Fees (Fund 3204) available fund balance and $200,000 from YPCE's operating budget (General Fund 1001) to the North Natomas Regional Park (NNRP) Dog Park Relocation project (L19140500).

Description/Analysis

Issue Detail: YPCE is recommending that City Council pass a resolution establishing a CIP for Land Park Electrical Service (L19012600) and appropriate $80,000 from the YPCE's operating budget (Fund 1001) to L19012600. The scope of the project includes upgrading electrical panel at Land Park Corporation Yard to meet building and safety code. As well as providing hardwired aerator to the Anne Rudin Pond at Land Park to prevent algae blooms.

YPCE is also recommending additional funding to issue a task order to Parker Landscape Development, Inc. for the North Natomas Regional Park (NNRP) Dog Park Relocation project.
