Adopt a Resolution: 1) approving the Plans and Specifications for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Traffic Signal Modifications Project (T15166100); 2) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to transfer $344,530 (Major Street Construction, Fund 2007) from the expenditure budget of the State and Federal Grant Match Program (T15007200) to the expenditure budget of the HSIP Traffic Signal Modifications Project (T15166100); 3) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the revenue and expenditure budgets of the HSIP Traffic Signal Modification Project (T15166100) by $1,106,100 (Federal Capital Grants, Fund 3703) in HSIP Funding; 4) awarding the construction contract for HSIP Traffic Signal Modifications Project (T15166100) to St. Francis Electric in an amount not to exceed $1,147,164; and 5) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute the construction contract for the HSIP Traffic Signal Modification Project (T15166100).
