Recommendation
1) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee: a) to apply and sign for on behalf of the City, a Financial Assistance Grant Application for an agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for the construction of the Sump 85 Reconstruction Project in an amount up to $9,402,000; b) to provide the assurances, certifications and commitments required for the grant application, including executing a financial assistance agreement from the SWRCB and any amendments to changes thereto; c) to represent the City in carrying out the City's responsibilities under the financing agreement, including certifying disbursement requests on behalf of the City and compliance with applicable state and federal laws; and d) to establish the revenue and expenditure budgets, if awarded, in the Wastewater Sump Replacement and Rehabilitation Project (X14130900) in the Wastewater Grant Fund (Fund 6206) for the awarded grant amount; and 2) adopt a Resolution declaring the City of Sacramento official intent to reimburse obligations related to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Grant Program
